When and where to attend consultations?

Each Department lists its own consultation details. Click here for an overview of all Departments (as well as their consultation).

What to do in the event of a consultation?

Register before attending the consultation.

Adults should go to Zone C/Yellow Zone (Entrance 6,
level -1).
Children should go to Zone F/Blue Zone (Entrance 3, level 0).

If this is your first visit, you will be issued with a personal ID badge at the registration desk. You therefore need your SIS (social security) card and your ID card. You will be handed a services sheet together with your ID badge, which you should deposit in the relevant pigeon hole within the Consultations Department. Following your consultation, you should return this form to the cashier in the hall and settle your bill before leaving the hospital. Upon payment, you will be issued with a reimbursement form for your health insurance.
You should bring your ID badge, your SIS card and your ID card to each subsequent consultation.
Please request a new ID badge if any of your personal details should change.
