What if I have a complaint?
In case of complaints, please contact our mediation department:
- write a letter to UZ Brussel, ombudsdienst, Ms De Win, Laarbeeklaan 101, 1090 Jette
- send an email to ombudsdienst@uzbrussel.be
- come and talk to us on site, make an appointment first by calling 02 477 55 77
