What do we do?

Radiology is the science which focuses on the identification of the type and the location of diseases, lesions or disorders. Use is made of X-Rays, sound waves (Echography) and magnetic fields (NMR, MR or MRI). When doctors or specialists are considering a specific disease or wishes to eliminate a specific disorder, they will often commission a ‘radiology exam’ and solicit the opinion of a Radiologist.
A Radiologist is a physician who specialises in conducting tests and diagnoses with the aid of rays or equipment which visualises the body’s organs. Radiologists can determine through analysis whether a body area/organ is sick or healthy.
