Discharge

Your discharge from hospital will be decided in agreement with your consulting physician.
Remember to take all your belongings with you.
Remember also to return any borrowed books.
Please provide ample warning to the nurse should you have any problems with transportation to your home.
The nurse will give you a badge which you must return to the Admissions Desk in the central entrance hall. Here you can also obtain a certificate of admission.
If you require a certificate for your hospital insurance, you must ask your consulting physician to complete this with sufficient advance warning. Therefore please do not wait until the day of your departure.
Should you wish to leave the hospital against doctor’s advice, you will be requested to sign a declaration. This document acquits the doctors from any liability resulting from your decision.
