Tietoja Dr. Michele Leunen

Dr Michèle Leunen studied Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics at the Dutch-speaking Free University of Brussels. She specialised in gynaecology at AZ-VUB. Since then, she has worked as a clinic head in the Gynaecology service. She specialises in benign gynaecological surgery, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and ultrasound examinations. She also works as a paediatric gynaecologist in the KidZ Health Castle. Her main area of scientific interest is contraception. In addition, she regularly contributes to research work in the context of national and international studies.
