At the reception desk
After your consultation, you return to the KIO desk (Payment-Registration-Admission) where you registered upon arrival at the hospital. Here you can pay for your consultation using your bank card. Cash payments are not accepted.
Some services and examinations cannot be paid for immediately after the consultation. In that case, you will receive the invoice at your home address after about two months.
You then have to pay within 20 days after receipt of the invoice by bank transfer using the POM app or at the payment desk in the hospital. If this payment deadline is exceeded, an additional charge is made under the compensation clause.
