When you arrive
Make sure you arrive at the hospital half an hour before your appointment.
- First you will need to register. You can do this at the reception desk or using the (self-registration) kiosks with your identity card. The reception desk and kiosks are located in the entrance hall of the outpatient building (zone C/level -1). Upon registration you will be given an appointment form.
- Outpatient consultations and interventions by the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery department take place in zone C. Follow the numbered route to the waiting room. You can find the route number on your appointment form.
- Take the appointment form to the kiosk by the waiting room. There is a bar code at the top of the appointment form. Scan this at the kiosk. The department now knows that you have arrived.
- The doctor or nurse will come to collect you for your appointment.
