Making an appointment at UZ Brussel

A doctor's prescription or a referral from the treating doctor is always required for a radiology examination.

You can make an appointment by telephone or by e-mail for the following examinations or specialist procedures:

If you make an appointment by e-mail, it is important to provide the following details:

  • Your name
  • Date of birth
  • Examination requested
  • Referring doctor
  • Your telephone number

A member of staff from the Radiology service will contact you on the first working day after receipt of your e-mail to make an appointment.

International patients can contact Services & International Patients (SIP).

  • 8.30 am to 5 pm
  • Evening consultations:
    • Standard ultrasound: Monday to Thursday from 5 pm to 6.30 pm
    • Osteoarticular ultrasound (bones, joints, etc.): Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm to 6.30 pm
