Cancelling an appointment
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. There are various ways of doing this:
- By accessing your personal file on the patient portal at my.uzbrussel.be
- Using the web form
- By telephone: 02 477 60 90
If you do not attend your appointment and you have not let us know in good time, you will be charged an administration fee.
