No reimbursements

The dinner and social event are included in the registration fee, and for practical reasons we cannot provide partial reimbursements in case of non-participation. If you are unsure at this time whether you will attend the dinner and social event please leave this question open.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements for both the dinner and lunches.

I would like to use one of the available parking spaces on campus during the meetings. Parking space subject to availability – We will keep you informed. Parking space cannot be provided during the evening/night.
