Wrinkle filling
What?
As we get older, the face sags a little due to the loss of volume in the deeper skin layers. We can counter this ageing process by injecting a biological filler based on hyaluronic acids.
Indications?
- Lip filling
- Deep wrinkles on the forehead or at the corners of the mouth
- Sagging cheekbones, cheeks or chin, facial contours
Complications?
Hyaluronic acids should only be injected by experienced doctors who apply the correct technique and use a specific filler for each area and indication (deep, mid-deep or surface).
Granulomas (small areas of inflammation) may exceptionally form under the skin. Slight swelling and local bruising is possible after the treatment. This will disappear after a week at most. You should not do any sport for 48 hours after the treatment.
Duration?
The duration will differ depending on the site and the depth of the chosen filler. The effect remains for an average of one year, after which further injections are indicated. With several treatments, less product is required each time.
The treatment takes a maximum of 30-45 minutes.
